How do I register as a new user?
You first need to create a reseller account with us in order to log in. Please contact us at 562-407-3100 to request an account application. After your account is set up, we will send a link through which you can register online.
What is the minimum purchase?
For shipping orders, the minimum purchase is $50. For will-call orders, the
minimum purchase is $30. You may still place orders of lesser amounts;
however, we do charge a processing fee of $5 for orders under these minimum
amounts.
Why don’t you have a price list?
For wholesale customers, the price varies by the volume of purchase and the
current demand for the item. For that reason, there is no fixed price for an item
posted on our website. Please ask your sales representative for the latest price
quotes.
Do wholesale orders get free shipping?
No. The shipping cost is extra. We don’t make profit from the shipping cost
UPS or FedEx charges. Nor do we have any control over the shipping cost, as
we simply take UPS or FedEx’s shipping charge as given.
Why is there a restocking fee for returned merchandise?
There is no restocking fee for returned merchandise which is defective or
shipped by mistake. However, we do charge a restocking fee for non-defective
returns or for cancelled orders in order to recoup the cost of labor and material
expended to process the order.
When is the cutoff time for same-day shipping?
The cutoff time for UPS is 2:30 p.m. For FedEx, it’s 3:00 p.m.
How can I pay with a company check?
To pay with a company check, you must complete and return our Company
Check Acceptance Form along with your bank information. As soon as we obtain
your bank rating, we will determine your credit limit and let you know whether you
can pay by company check.
How long does it take to process an RMA?
RMA (returned merchandise authorization) is processed on a first-come-firstserved
basis. However, other operations of the company take precedence over
RMA processing. Depending on how busy we are, you may need to allow up to
10 working days for processing of returned merchandise and application of credit.
Is the information I submit online absolutely secure?
Yes. The information you submit online is encrypted using the latest
technology. You may rest assured that your personal information will not be
compromised, sold, or distributed to a third party.
What type of shipping methods do you have to Canada and how long does it
take?
We ship packages to Canada via UPS International. Shipment usually
generally takes 4-10 business days for ground service; however, express service
is also available.
What is the difference between dimensional weight and actual weight?
The dimensional weight is used by shipping companies like UPS and FedEx. When the size-to-weight ratio is large, the dimensional weight, instead of actual weight, is used to calculate the shipping cost. The formula for the dimensional weight (in lbs.) is:
